1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”):
- “VIP Cabaret”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the event organiser.
- “Event” refers to any performance, show, or function organised by VIP Cabaret.
- “Ticket” refers to any form of admission purchased for an Event.
- “Purchaser” or “you” refers to the individual or entity buying or using a Ticket.
By purchasing a Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed upon successful completion of the ticket purchase process. VIP Cabaret reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
3. Ticket Use and Restrictions
- Tickets are issued solely for personal use and may not be resold, transferred, or offered for commercial gain without prior written consent from VIP Cabaret.
- Any unauthorised resale or attempted resale will render the Ticket void without refund.
- Tickets must be presented in full and in readable condition for entry. Damaged, altered, or duplicated Tickets may be refused.
3.1 Ticket delivery for online purchases
- All tickets bought online will be reserved for you at the venue on the night of the event.
- Please bring your confirmation with you for verification.
- No tickets purchased online will be sent to you.
4. Price, Fees, and Payment
- All prices are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Booking fees, transaction fees, or third party charges are nonrefundable under all circumstances.
- VIP Cabaret is not responsible for errors made by third party ticketing platforms.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
5.1 PurchaserInitiated Cancellations
- All Ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for nonattendance, change of personal circumstances, or error during purchase.
5.2 Event Cancellation
If an Event is cancelled in full, VIP Cabaret will provide either:
- A refund of the face value of the Ticket, or
- A transfer to a future Event at our discretion.
- Refunds will not include booking fees, travel costs, accommodation, or other consequential expenses.
5.3 Rescheduling or Material Changes
- VIP Cabaret may reschedule or amend an Event where reasonably necessary.
- If an Event is rescheduled, Tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued where required by law.
6. Entry Conditions
- Entry is subject to venue rules, security checks, and compliance with all instructions issued by staff.
- VIP Cabaret reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for:
- Disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour
- Breach of these Terms
- Failure to comply with staff instructions
- No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
7. Age Restrictions
- Age restrictions will be clearly stated for each Event.
- Valid photographic ID may be required.
- VIP Cabaret accepts no liability for refusal of entry due to failure to provide acceptable ID.
8. Health, Safety, and Security
- Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements, including any temporary measures imposed by law or venue policy.
- VIP Cabaret may conduct bag searches or restrict items at its discretion.
- VIP Cabaret accepts no responsibility for personal injury or illness unless caused by our proven negligence.
9. Personal Property
- All personal belongings are brought to the Event at your own risk.
- VIP Cabaret accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including items left in cloakrooms.
10. Event Content and Changes
- VIP Cabaret reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, performers, running order, or production elements without prior notice.
- Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund unless required by law.
11. Photography, Filming, and Media Rights
- By attending an Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes.
- All intellectual property rights in such material belong exclusively to VIP Cabaret.
- If you do not wish to appear in such material, you must inform staff upon arrival; reasonable efforts will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
12. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
VIP Cabaret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation, loss of enjoyment, or business losses.
VIP Cabaret’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the face value of the Ticket purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Data Protection
- Personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
- Data will be used solely for Event administration, safety, and communication.
- VIP Cabaret will not share personal data with third parties except where required for Event delivery or legal compliance.
14. Force Majeure
VIP Cabaret shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or industrial action
- Venue closure
- Public health emergencies
- Extreme weather In such cases, VIP Cabaret may reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event without liability.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
