Rollermania

Rollermania - Fri 26th Sep 2025

Multi-talented Marc Bolton got the evening off to a great start. He had the audience in raptures of laughter with his imitations of artists such as the Bee Gees and Barry White; they were then dancing to his renditions of George Benson’s ‘Give Me the Night’ and other dance classics. The crowd were then treated to heart wrenching ballads including ‘Living Years’ which was dedicated to Lady Anita, the much loved and missed partner of Cabaret Dave and were in awe of his operatic vocals with an amazing performance of ‘One Moment in Time’.

The time went really quickly and the audience didn’t want him to finish. If you have never seen Marc Bolton live make sure that you don’t miss him the next time he is in your area.

There was then a short interlude for a raffle and the audience could replenish their drinks.

The Legendries came on to the stage to thunderous applause and got straight into the biggest hits of 70’s superstars the Bay City Rollers. The crowd couldn’t get enough of their favourites which included ‘Bye Bye Baby’, ‘Summer Love Sensation’, ‘Saturday Night’ and ‘Give a Little Love’.

The band was really on form and looked like they enjoyed the night as much as the crowd. The stage setup and lighting added to the already electric atmosphere.

People had come from as far away as Newcastle, Kent and even Germany to see the show and they were treated to a great night. The acts were true professionals and left everyone wanting more.

A special mention also goes to the compare Selina who added another dimension to the night with her amazing voice.

The next show in November is definitely not to be missed; it includes Blackpool’s favourite entertainer Helen, the brilliant West End and cruise ship vocalist Jay Harrison and UK’s top Blondie tribute ‘Blondied’ with the full 5 piece band.
